Senior Manager Human Resources Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Human Resources team and drive strategic growth initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare, review, and implement compensation and benefits packages aligned with organizational objectives
    • Administer health and life insurance programs to ensure comprehensive employee benefits
    • Develop and execute training and development plans to enhance employee skills and performance
    • Plan and conduct quarterly and annual performance review sessions to promote employee growth and development
    • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status in a timely manner
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational charts, job descriptions, and salary records
    • Forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational requirements
    • Design and implement HR policies throughout the organization to foster a positive work culture
    • Monitor and analyze departmental budgets to optimize resource allocation
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employees' queries and concerns
