Job Overview

As a Senior Manager in our Digital Performance Marketing team, you will lead the agency's performance marketing practice across paid channels. You'll oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns while serving as the go-to advisor for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
  • Campaign Optimization: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Client Solutions: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Analytics Insights: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Amazon Ads).
  • Experience in high-growth industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C brands.
