Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the business unit, driving team performance, and ensuring daily service level metrics are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

The Senior Manager/Associate Director will be overall accountable to all internal and external stakeholders for specific engagement. They will manage claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, and delegation of workload.

The position requires a deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives and drives the strategy for the assigned portfolio. It also involves providing regular portfolio status updates and tracking KPI's/Metrics related to all project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, and benchmarking.
  • Effectively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points.
  • Provide direction and mentorship to the operations team for the delivery of goals.
  • Align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently.
  • Foresee risks, be proactive, and predictive while developing mitigation plans.
Mandatory Capabilities/Skills:
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill.
  • Ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and with multiple stakeholders.
