Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled professional to fill a Client Servicing role in our Influencer Marketing team.

As a Client Servicing Manager, you'll serve as the bridge between brands and creators, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver measurable impact.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include creating campaign concepts and content ideas tailored to brand goals, planning and executing influencer marketing strategies end-to-end, working with scriptwriters and refining scripts for stronger narratives, briefing creators to deliver high-quality, brand-ready content, acting as the client-facing point of contact to ensure smooth communication and campaign progress updates, building and maintaining strong client relationships while scaling campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to drive performance and deliver results.

  • Create campaign concepts & content ideas tailored to brand goals
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies end-to-end
  • Work with scriptwriters & refine scripts yourself for stronger narratives
  • Brief creators to deliver high-quality, brand-ready content
  • Act as the client-facing POC, ensuring smooth communication & campaign progress updates
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while scaling campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and deliver results

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Client Servicing; Strong understanding of content, social media & influencer ecosystem; Excellent communication and relationship management skills; Ability to think creatively while staying execution-focused; Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end.
