Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tendering and Estimation Specialist to support our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in tender estimations, bill of quantities preparation, and infrastructure design.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting pre-bid tender estimations, preparing detailed bill of quantities for projects designed in-house, and coordinating with the engineering team to finalize assumptions and clarify ambiguities in quantities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Bid Tender Estimation
  • Review and interpret tender documents, schedules, general arrangement drawings, and technical specifications
  • Prepare preliminary bill of quantities based on schematic or tender drawings
  • Maintain and update material rates and quantity databases
  • Post-Award Quantity Take-Offs
  • Read and interpret final IFC/approved drawings for accurate quantity take-off
  • Extract quantities related to highways and structural elements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or infrastructure design-based quantity surveying
  • Prior experience in highway projects will be an added advantage
  • Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and GFC documents
  • Familiarity with IRC/IS codes and construction practices for bridges/highways is desirable
