About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategist to lead our offline marketing initiatives. This role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand visibility and student admissions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, workshops, fairs, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
    • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with admissions team, creative/content teams, digital marketing team to ensure effective offline marketing efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track ROI on events and offline channels measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
