Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team. This role will involve addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage and working closely with various teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into lay terms. They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be proactive in resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers on product usage.
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure customer data is accurately updated in production systems.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop product content.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • An analytical mind and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and good documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
