Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support students throughout their academic journey. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes, providing timely assistance, and maintaining accurate student data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as First Point of Contact: Assist newly enrolled students in navigating campus resources, policies, and academic expectations.
- Manage Student Records: Maintain and update student records in the Student Information System (SIS), including enrolment status, grades, and personal information.
- Fee Collection: Handle semester-wise student fee collection and issue receipts according to institutional guidelines.
- Provide Assistance: Respond to student inquiries via email, phone, and chat within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate Important Information: Share updates on future semester payment deadlines, policy changes, and key events through various channels.
- Financial Aid Guidance: Educate students on financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and associated application processes and deadlines.
- Enrolment Support: Help students with non-technical issues during course registration and resolve enrolment-related errors.
- Alumni Engagement: Promote alumni events, guest lectures, webinars, and networking opportunities to foster engagement and learning.
- Data Analysis: Generate customized reports and compile data for internal use or regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in student support, operations, or a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with online education platforms, CRM systems, data analytics tools, and helpdesk software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a student-first mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with data.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving attitude and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Understanding of the student lifecycle and ability to support learners at each stage of their academic journey.
