About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the successful adoption of our digital platform.

The ideal candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of our product with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to identify target audiences' training needs, understand customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption
  • Manage numerous projects and initiatives concurrently
  • Develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers

Required Expertise:

We are looking for individuals with 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies is an asset. Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an advantage. Additionally, knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be beneficial.
