About the Role:

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, and resilience in managing multiple tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing policies to protect organizational systems, networks, and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cybersecurity Strategy Development:
  • Formulate and execute policies to protect organizational systems, networks, and data.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Threat Monitoring and Incident Management:
  • Monitor cybersecurity threats and lead incident response efforts.
Infrastructure Security:
  • Cloud Security:
  • Strengthen the security of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Security Tool Configuration:
  • Ensure proper configuration of security tools, including firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection systems.
Compliance and Governance:
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Audits and Assessments:
  • Prepare for and lead external and internal security audits.
Data Protection:
  • Data Encryption:
  • Implement robust encryption protocols and data loss prevention solutions.
  • Data Transfer and Storage:
  • Safeguard sensitive data during transfer, processing, and storage.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Certifications:
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional).
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of network and application security, expertise in managing cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, SIEM, and IDS/IPS, proficiency in securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), advanced understanding of threat intelligence, forensics, and incident response.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 based on the location in Maharashtra and industry standards.
