About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect - Presales to join our team at Tech Mahindra. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and architecting end-to-end security solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and implement security solutions to protect customer assets across data centers or private/public cloud environments.

Develop techno-commercial proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and proactive proposals.

Fulfill the roles of Lead Technical Architect in solution development, managing projects from conception to delivery.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 8 years in security.

Experience in designing and implementing security solutions using various technologies, including Cloud Security, Network Security, SIEM/SOC Solutions, Endpoint Security, and Compliance.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to defend/present technical proposals to global customers.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with security frameworks, compliance regulations, and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA/HITECH.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and containerization.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation tools, and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

A strong understanding of emerging trends in cybersecurity, such as AI/ML, IoT, and quantum computing.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is between ₹1500000 and ₹3000000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
