About the Role
  • Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations, including logging information requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses, and more.
  • Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Produce high-quality reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management, showcasing expertise and insight.
  • Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Maintain trackers, update procedures, and support continuous improvement in oversight standards, upholding excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services or management consulting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word, with excellent technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of success.
