B2B travel technology firm seeks a skilled integration professional to lead API integrations and drive continuous improvement.

This remote position focuses on delivering seamless, scalable API solutions that empower clients with real-time travel data.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in API development, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring high-performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally within the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
