Job Title: Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing advanced integration solutions using industry-leading technologies.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration engineering and experience with leading integration platforms.
  • They will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining complex integration processes, as well as designing and implementing APIs and data management solutions.
  • A key aspect of this role will be staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in integration technologies and applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration processes using leading integration platforms.
  • Architect, implement, and manage APIs using API Management tools.
  • Build real-time, event-driven integrations utilizing Event Streams for reliable and scalable data flows.
  • Develop reusable integration templates and automate workflows and business processes using automation tools.
  • Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to integration standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in integration engineering and experience with leading integration platforms.
  • Strong experience with API development and management, as well as event-driven architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of integration patterns, data management, and error handling.
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and related web technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, and collaborative environments.
