Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill multiple positions as SIPI Engineers with expertise in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity fundamental concepts.

This role requires a thorough understanding of S-parameter modeling for Single ended and differential interfaces, as well as experience in simulating (FD/TD) memory interfaces for Board and Package (DDR4/LPDDR4).

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in simulating (FD/TD) High Speed Serial IO interfaces for Board and Package (PCIe Gen3/4, SATA Gen3, USB3/3.1 and Display Interfaces etc.)

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Power Delivery Network, impedance profile analysis, IR Drop Analysis, and time domain Analysis.

They will also have experience in extracting the PDN model of package and PCB power rails and perform decoupling capacitor optimization, Loop inductance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep understanding of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity concepts.
  • Design and implement simulation models for memory interfaces using FD/TD methods.
  • Optimize High Speed Serial IO interfaces for Board and Package using PCIe Gen3/4, SATA Gen3, USB3/3.1 and Display Interfaces etc.
  • Perform Power Delivery Network analysis and impedance profile analysis.
  • Extract PDN model of package and PCB power rails and optimize decoupling capacitors.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity concepts.
  • Deep understanding of S-parameter modeling and FD/TD simulation methods.
  • Experience in designing High Speed Serial IO interfaces for Board and Package.
  • Good knowledge of Power Delivery Network analysis and impedance profile analysis.
  • Experience in extracting PDN model of package and PCB power rails.
  • Knowledge of simulation tools specifically Hspice, Sigrity, ADS and other tools like Ansys SIwave, HFSS 3D, Cadence- PowerSI & PowerDC.
