Robotics Engineer - Job Summary:

  • A Robotics Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robotic systems and automation solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, defense, and logistics.
  • They apply mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles to build robots that automate tasks and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robotic systems, components, and prototypes that meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and program control systems, sensors, and automation software to optimize system performance.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing robotic applications to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into robotic systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals to support system operation and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements to minimize risk.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (C++, Python, MATLAB, ROS).
  • Knowledge of control systems, sensors, and embedded systems.
  • Experience with CAD software and mechanical design.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with AI, computer vision, and machine learning is a plus.
