System Test Specialist

Our organization seeks a talented professional to design, develop, and document comprehensive test plans for all products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and participating in system level testing activities, including estimation, strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting.
The selected individual will perform setup of test scenarios, both hardware and software components, and troubleshoot as needed. They will also create testing tools and scripts as required to support system level testing activities.
In addition, the chosen candidate will provide training and support as necessary, lead small to mid-size projects, and mentor junior staff. A strong understanding of lab infrastructure and maintenance is essential, as well as good interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and document comprehensive test plans
- Coordinate and participate in system level testing activities
- Perform setup of test scenarios and troubleshoot as needed
- Create testing tools and scripts as required
- Provide training and support
- Lead small to mid-size projects and mentor junior staff
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is required. Relevant experience in network/telecom/satcom testing is essential, along with automation skills using Python. Test equipment and tools such as Spirent, IXIA, Wireshark, ethereal, noise emulator, iperf, and pytest/robot framework are also crucial.

Preferred Skills
