Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring the accuracy and quality of eLearning courses.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and develop user requirements for systems to ensure maximum usability.
- Verify the quality of audio production, including voice talent readings and transcript formatting.
- Check graphics and on-screen text for proper formatting and spelling/grammar.
- Ensure that interactivities function as described in the storyboard and provide correct feedback.
- Test courses in various browsers and confirm proper functionality of player menu items.
- Conduct LMS testing to ensure course uploads, assignment, and completion tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain consistent and committed to tasks assigned.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Flexibility related to workflow and changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain data confidentiality and security.
