  • Responsibilities:

    • Create comprehensive Sox programs, including conceptualization, design, and implementation.

    • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and lead staff members on assignments.

    • Handle SOX and audit engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    • Design and assess processes and controls, driving improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Ability to address queries on SOX and audit issues, providing clear and concise information.

  • Qualifications We Seek:

    • Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

      • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent qualification.

      • Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field.

      • Experience in service delivery, team handling, and supervision of team members.

      • Good analytical and communication skills.

      • Strong understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices.

    • Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

      • Previous experience working in international client-facing roles on SOX and audit engagements.

      • Qualified Accountant/Auditor with one or more degrees like CA, CPA, CIA, MBA.

      • Required overall experience in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, finance function, or risk management function at a top corporate.

      • Excellent report writing and presentation skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities.

      • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and balance confidential information discreetly and expertly.

      • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
