About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems within AWS.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect complex agentic AI systems using a range of technologies including AWS services, agent-based frameworks, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Create multi-agent orchestration strategies for clinical data workflows, source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI architectures to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Built solutions using agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
  • Mentor and guide AI engineers, developers, and DevOps teams on agent-based designs and scalable ML workflows.
  • Collaborate with clinical SMEs, compliance teams, and sponsors to ensure technical solutions align with business outcomes and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing agentic AI systems.
  • Experience with AWS services, agent-based frameworks, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Ability to create multi-agent orchestration strategies.
  • Familiarity with LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI architectures.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
