Lead Data Science Architect

We are seeking an exceptional technology leader to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the integration of large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent frameworks to create scalable and secure AI systems.
  • Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines that seamlessly integrate vector databases and LLMs.
  • Build robust agentic workflows using tools like LangGraph or Agno, enabling autonomous task execution and planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for AI/ML infrastructure, including security and model governance.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science, with 2+ years in AI architecture or system design.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-based solutions at scale, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI design principles and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Proficiency with cloud-native ML/AI services and infrastructure design.
  • Deep expertise in model lifecycle management, MLOps, and deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with data governance and AI ethics in production-grade systems.
