About the Role:

As an Intelligent Agent Systems Engineer, you will design and implement cutting-edge autonomous agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intelligent, autonomous agents with reasoning, planning, and goal-driven actions using LLMs and AI frameworks.
  • Integrate memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning architectures to build adaptive agentic systems.
  • Research and evaluate agent frameworks like AutoGPT, Crewai, LangGraph, ReAct, and Agno to enhance system capabilities.
  • Optimize agent workflows for reliability, safety, and performance while collaborating with teams to apply agentic AI in testing domains.
  • Stay current with advancements in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and related fields.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and building agents that interact with APIs, tools, or environments.
  • Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, and familiarity with reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, or symbolic reasoning.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including services such as Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year focused on agent systems or LLM-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, data analytics, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms.
  • Proficiency in symbolic reasoning, knowledge graphs, or reinforcement learning.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and prompt engineering.
