Job Title: Digital Product Lifecycle Manager
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Lifecycle Manager to support the setup, administration, and monitoring of our product development environments. This role requires a balance of operational expertise and focused technical knowledge in areas such as database management, scripting, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system management tasks, including account setup, access rights, and monitoring of system performance and reliability.
- Configure, operate, and monitor CAD & non-CAD workflows (Creo, BricsCad, Office Workers).
- Support interface landscape operations and troubleshooting.
- Execute system setup, environment cloning, preparation, and rehosting (creation of development and non-productive environments using knowledge base methodology).
- Manage Solr indexing operations, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and bulk reindexing.
- Administer file servers and vaults for secure and efficient data storage.
- Perform queue management to optimize system efficiency.
- Contribute to solution architecture tasks (~50% of the role) within product lifecycle infrastructure for specialized areas.
- Provide focused expertise in modules/processes such as database management, scripting, and targeted troubleshooting.
- Adapt to evolving requirements and take ownership of specialized tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management and administration.
- Strong knowledge of system setup, configuration, monitoring, and rehosting.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/Non-CAD workflow configuration and support.
- Familiarity with databases, scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Solr indexing, file server/vault administration, and queue management.
- Ability to work independently on well-defined specialized tasks while supporting broader administration responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Open-mindedness and adaptability to embrace new tasks and technologies.
