UI/UX Designer Role

We're looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer to spearhead the development of innovative digital products in a fast-paced environment.

  • Elevate business goals into seamless user experiences through meticulous analysis and creative problem-solving.
  • Create visually appealing and intuitive designs that bring ideas to life, from initial concept to final execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Design engaging UI elements (navigation, forms, dashboards, widgets, etc.) with attention to detail and a focus on usability.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of user behavior through UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Foster close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Ensure optimal performance, accessibility (WCAG standards), and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Profound expertise in Figma (preferred) and prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD).
  • A proven track record of success in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to effectively collaborate with dev teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Uizard, Framer AI, Galileo AI) is a plus.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for typography, spacing, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback.
