Job Title

A Training Manager is required for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training and be willing to relocate.

About the Role
  • The Training Manager will identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • An overall or individualized training and development plan will be drawn up that addresses needs and expectations.
  • Effective induction and orientation sessions will be conducted.
  • The effectiveness, success, and ROI of training programs will be monitored and evaluated periodically and reported on.
  • Current training methodologies will be developed/enhanced.
  • Process-related opportunities will be resolved and training programs tailored as necessary.
  • A keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices will be maintained.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods will be demonstrated.
  • Training sessions will be scheduled, information cascades organized, and other interventions arranged for the team.
  • Existing training materials and manuals will be reviewed to determine their appropriateness and relevance and updated accordingly.
  • Managers will be worked with to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
