Program Management Professional

Our organization seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs enhancing associates' skills, performance, and professional development.

About the Role

  • Evaluate training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers to create tailored programs for all levels of employees.
  • Develop and deliver effective training materials and courses to foster associate growth.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing employee development initiatives.
  • Assess program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Track training participation and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and cross-border trade.
  • Training certification (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience in retail or large-scale operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on training outcomes.
