We are seeking an experienced Senior Celebration Manager to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.

About the Job

As a Senior Celebration Manager, you will be responsible for leading the efficient operation of our department, aligning with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Events department, covering catering sales and convention services functions.
  • Managing and developing a team of celebration specialists to deliver exceptional results.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Director of Catering, Catering Manager, or Convention Services Manager.
  • Excellent operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
