As a senior finance professional, you will lead the planning and execution of financial operations for a global business service line. This role encompasses tax advisory, master data management, and process optimization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving comprehensive tax services, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering maximum value to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement approved finance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and drive innovation, customer centricity, and digitalization throughout the organization.
  • Provide unit balance sheet, P&L reports, annual financial statements, and results from productivity measures and targets to business management.
  • Work with corporate governance teams to actively seek feedback and drive compliant processes.
  • Manage teams of professionals and support staffs in different organizational settings, promoting digitalization topics pertaining to accounting and procurement processes.
  • Adequate quality standards and Business Continuity plans are ensured as defined by the respective corporate team.

Requirements include 15+ years of experience in finance & accounting, with expertise in handling commercial and finance-related functions, closing & reporting, and general ledger functions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, analytical skills, and flexibility to work on all shifts with an Agile mindset.

Experience in managing large and diverse teams, cultural sensitivity, and change management is essential. Demonstrated ability in preparing and implementing business strategies with measurable success rates is also required.
