
Commercial Vertical Growth Specialist

Our organization is looking for a skilled individual to fill the role of Head of Acquisitions and Partnerships. This person will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships.
- This includes creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners (contractors, architects, suppliers, consultants) who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.
To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, as well as generating and developing business opportunities through strategic alliances.
- The selected candidate will also work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Operations, Design, etc.) to ensure seamless project kick-offs post-partnership acquisition.
A close watch will be kept on competitor strategies, partner ecosystems, and market trends in commercial real estate and construction.
- The successful candidate will share insights and help shape partnership strategies to align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
