Job Title: Controls Assurance Specialist

  • Support the development of testing methodology for critical key controls across global business.
  • Develop and execute controls testing plans, communicating gaps in controls in line with risk management processes.

  • Collaborate with assurance functions across lines of defense (LOD) and support in developing testing methodologies, risk universe, and integrated reporting.
  • Support identification and prioritization of testing activities as part of assurance planning process.
  • Plan and execute control tests, coordinating review process with key stakeholders and managing control testing analysts.

  • Prepare draft reports reflecting results of work performed and advise on appropriate solutions and remediation activities.
  • Present results to senior management for buy-in and agreement to action.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics team to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into analytics based testing and continuous assurance activity.

  • 4+ years' experience in information security controls assurance or IT audit.
  • Understanding of IT systems and operation.
  • Experience performing controls testing.
  • Global working experience.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.

  • Stakeholder management skills.

  • Additional requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of compliance regulation, controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
