Job Summary

\

We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager with extensive review experience in Form 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1120-S to lead our tax compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Manage tax compliance and advisory services for corporate and partnership clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulations.\
  • Oversee and review the preparation and filing of Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1120-S for various entities, including corporations and partnerships.\
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients to optimize their tax positions.\
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.\
  • Stay updated on federal and state tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; master's degree preferred.\
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, specifically with Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1120-S.\
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with strong review capabilities.\
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
