  • Responsibilities include overseeing corporate and partnership tax compliance services.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of various tax forms, such as Form 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1120-S, to ensure timely and accurate filing.
  • Develop strategic tax planning solutions for clients to optimize their tax positions.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of tax filings and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, with expertise in Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1120-S.
  • Proven management experience, with strong review capabilities and excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively, with proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
