Job Title: Interpersonal Development Specialist

About the Role:

As an Interpersonal Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the soft skills of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training programs that cater to the unique needs of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions focused on effective communication, email etiquette, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, team collaboration, and leadership essentials.
  • Develop and implement new hire induction training and refresher programs tailored to BPO roles, ensuring seamless integration into our organization.
  • Evaluate employee training needs through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback to create targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies relevant to the BPO/customer service environment to enhance skills.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, enabling them to improve their ability to interact with customers, demonstrate empathy, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and observation of on-the-job performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and Human Resources teams to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Manage and analyze training metrics to provide insights on participation and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in training and development, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Proficient in creating training materials, including role plays, simulations, and case studies.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate employee training needs.
  • Experience in working with operations and Human Resources teams to align training objectives with business goals.
