Salesforce Automation Specialist

Job Description:

This position requires a skilled Salesforce automation professional to design and develop efficient test automation frameworks using RPA UiPath Test Automation tool. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data-driven testing, integration with ALM tools, mock testing, activity coverage, and continuous testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Create test artifacts (test strategies, test cases, traceability matrices, test coverage metrics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of test plans.
  • Analyze business requirements, design test plans and scripts for new components, customer-facing solutions, and integrations.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Document detailed defects and bugs, monitor their resolution, and perform post-resolution testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce QA testing experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation Framework, especially using RPA UiPath Test Automation tool.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds.
  • Experience in agile/scrum development methodology.
  • Experience in web application automation.
  • Knowledge of template and components creation, site structure, workflows and API integrations.
