Senior Engineering Professional

The role entails leading engineering design teams to develop innovative solar power projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with expertise in solar energy systems and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for ground mount solar installations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal locations and design parameters.
  • Perform engineering calculations and simulations to analyze system performance and optimize design parameters.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time and on-budget results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in engineering design, with a focus on solar energy systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, PVsyst, and engineering simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with knowledge of photovoltaic technology and solar power generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
