**Job Title:** Business Development SpecialistThis is a challenging role that requires driving business growth in specific industry verticals through strategic activities. Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and implement sales plans for assigned verticals by identifying potential clients, highlighting customer requirements, and forecasting market trends.
  • Monitor sales targets at the territory level and initiate corrective action as required.
  • Ensure adherence to sales budgets at the territory level.
  • Identify business opportunities from multiple channels and develop pursuit plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize terms with clients regarding product specifications, payment terms, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Provide integrated solutions involving motors/automation products systems and report them to managers.
  • Document customer specifications and forward them to concerned departments.
  • Liaise with operations teams to execute orders within predefined timelines and criteria.
  • Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments and ensure collections from clients.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients' sites according to delivery schedules.
  • Adhere to policies/processes to enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
  • Lead establishment of service centers or identify partner agencies for after-sales services.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines.
  • Log and update customer interaction activities in appropriate systems.
  • Respond to customer queries/issues promptly.
  • Liaise with distributors/dealers and escalate significant issues to superiors.
  • Manage dealer-related activities such as stock booking, invoicing, and payments.
