
Senior Business Growth Manager

- Develop and implement sales plans for assigned verticals by identifying potential clients, highlighting customer requirements, and forecasting market trends.
- Monitor sales targets at the territory level and initiate corrective action as required.
- Ensure adherence to sales budgets at the territory level.
- Identify business opportunities from multiple channels and develop pursuit plans.
- Negotiate and finalize terms with clients regarding product specifications, payment terms, and timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide integrated solutions involving motors/automation products systems and report them to managers.
- Document customer specifications and forward them to concerned departments.
- Liaise with operations teams to execute orders within predefined timelines and criteria.
- Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments and ensure collections from clients.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients' sites according to delivery schedules.
- Adhere to policies/processes to enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
- Lead establishment of service centers or identify partner agencies for after-sales services.
- Provide technical support to customers on after-sales issues.
- Resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines.
- Log and update customer interaction activities in appropriate systems.
- Respond to customer queries/issues promptly.
- Liaise with distributors/dealers and escalate significant issues to superiors.
- Manage dealer-related activities such as stock booking, invoicing, and payments.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and current trends
- Familiarity with sales strategies and tactics
