Interior Design Role

As an Interior Designer, you will be working closely with our lead designer to deliver exceptional design solutions. This is a full-time position based in Santacruz West.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the lead designer in managing client projects.
  • Accompany and assist the lead designer during client meetings at job sites and showrooms.
  • Take meticulous notes during meetings, capture project details including measurements and photos.
  • Prepare accurate CAD drawings for client projects.
  • Research interior decor and materials, provide pricing information, availability, stock levels, etc.
  • Place orders, procure materials, collect and deliver items as required.
  • Submit receipts for all purchases and orders.
  • Monitor and communicate the status of orders, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain spreadsheets detailing client selections and finish materials.
  • Coordinate schedules for designers, contractors, clients, and vendors.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns, providing project updates.
  • Meet with vendors, assist with installations.
  • Submit detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage logs monthly.
  • Regularly review the daily client spreadsheet for new tasks, update the status of assigned tasks at the end of each day.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
