We're seeking a skilled Interior Design Professional to lead residential projects with a focus on modular interior design.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in this field, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office.

This role requires a creative professional who can convey complex ideas and bring innovative designs to life.

Responsibilities
  • Meet client requirements through regular meetings and conferences
  • Create sketches, drawings, and floor plans using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
  • Develop idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles

You will be responsible for handling clients and projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Your portfolio should showcase your previous works and demonstrate your creativity, imagination, and eye for design.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential projects
  • Modular interior design experience is essential
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office
