Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and meet client requirements
    Regular meetings and conferences ensure our clients feel heard and understood.
  • Develop design concepts
    Sketches, drawings, and floor plans are meticulously crafted using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
  • Communicate design ideas
    Idea boards effectively convey design concepts to clients.
  • Apply design principles
    A strong understanding of design principles guides our decisions.
  • Maintain a strong portfolio
    An excellent portfolio showcases previous works, demonstrating expertise.
  • Demonstrate creativity
    Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design are essential.
Requirements:
  • Experience
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential projects is required.
  • Modular interior experience
    Previous experience in modular interior projects is a must.
  • Qualifications
    A registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture is necessary.
  • Client handling
    Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently is required.
  • Technical skills
    Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up is essential.
  • Communication skills
    Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.

  • Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch
