Environmental Social Governance Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and be able to drive Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the organization. This includes identifying ESG opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing processes to monitor and report on progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy that aligns with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with functions to identify and prioritize ESG initiatives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze ESG performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability or related field
  • Proven track record of driving ESG initiatives and achieving results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
