ESG Compliance Manager Role

As an ESG Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our organization adheres to the highest standards of environmental, social, and governance practices. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation and monitoring of our ESG compliance initiatives across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for identifying and implementing ESG initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure ESG compliance progress meets our expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust ESG monitoring processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' understanding of ESG principles and their application in the workplace.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive ESG-related reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ESG compliance, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams.
  • Dependability and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
