Visual Merchandising Lead - Wholesale Business

As a Visual Merchandising Lead for the Wholesale Business, you will be responsible for managing the visual merchandising needs of our wholesale business.

  • Campaign execution: Own and drive campaign execution across all wholesale doors. Ensure quality check, physical visits, picture and deck compilation, and video making for important campaigns.
  • Store presentation: Ensure adidas brand is most visible and easy to locate in a multibrand format store to ensure maximum footfall and sellouts using VM tools, navigation, and other relevant visual materials.
  • New store openings: Provide complete support for new store openings and renovations: layout planning, category zoning, capacity calculation, VM elements, ISC, actual opening and pictures, and deck compilation.
  • In-store communication: Ensure in-store communication elements based on store-specific needs (e.g., store directory, pathfinders, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and drive campaign execution across all wholesale doors.
  2. Ensure adidas brand is most visible and easy to locate in a multibrand format store.
  3. Provide complete support for new store openings and renovations.
  4. Ensure in-store communication elements based on store-specific needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fashion industry knowledge: 2–4 years in the field of Visual Merchandising, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes.
  • Team management: Good management skills and ability to drive the channel.
  • Communication skills: Good literacy, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Geographical mobility: Ability to travel within the region.
