We're on a mission to revolutionize business education by shaping the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders through experiential undergraduate programs, feeder programs for school students, and advanced certificate programs for MBA students.
We're seeking a dynamic professional to champion this vision. You will build powerful relationships with key stakeholders, drive outreach across schools and educational institutions, and inspire students to see business as a platform for impact and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with schools, junior colleges, and educational counsellors
- Build strategic partnerships with principals, academic heads, and decision-makers to secure high-impact workshops and sessions that ignite curiosity and ambition in students
- Convert outreach into enrollments and long-term institutional relationships through effective relationship-building and communication skills
- Expand our footprint in key education hubs and reinforce our brand presence
- 2–4 years of experience in outreach, institutional sales, or partnerships, preferably in the education sector
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders and drive results
- Confidence and a driven attitude to inspire and motivate students and colleagues alike
- Passion for education, youth development, and building something that lasts
