The Role of a Business Leader

The B2B Business Head is critical in driving our growth strategy. This position will be responsible for developing and executing business plans aligned with national goals, identifying regional market trends, and building strong industry networks.

Key responsibilities include driving revenue targets, managing profitability, and overseeing client delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Bangalore market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a MBA or equivalent, with 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management. Strong commercial acumen and hands-on P&L management experience are also essential.
