We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our technology strategy and propel learning across schools.

About the Role:

As Vice President of IT Infrastructure, you will oversee the backbone of our learning ecosystem, ensuring seamless user experiences, high availability, and low total cost of ownership (TCO).

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing a future-ready hardware strategy for schools, internal teams, and warehouse systems.
  • Oversight of end-to-end lifecycle management for 1L+ Android tablets, TVs, and panels, from procurement and configuration to maintenance and replacement cycles.
  • Evaluation, onboarding, and management of hardware OEMs, warehouse vendors, and last-mile deployment partners.
  • Pilot testing and assessment of new classroom technologies, including teaching devices, smart boards, offline-first learning kits, and recommending adoption based on learning outcomes and TCO.
  • Ensuring seamless internal IT operations, including device provisioning, WiFi and VPNs, secure access management, and productivity tooling across offices.
  • Building and mentoring IT support teams, regional hardware leads, and warehouse operations to deliver rapid issue resolution and strong service orientation.
  • Establishing proactive health check systems to maintain uptime and reduce incidents.
