SAP Hybris Commerce Application Developer Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process requirements. As a key member of our team, you will drive the design and development of application solutions using SAP Hybris Commerce.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Manage and guide your team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to strategic decisions across multiple projects.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across different projects.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team expertise and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure on-time delivery of application features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience and a solid understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and system integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of database management and optimization.
