Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

As a vital member of our e-commerce team, you will play a key role in the success of our online business. Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality product descriptions that capture the essence of each item.
  • Update images and ensure accurate pricing to enhance product visibility and SEO.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and handling returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, or call, resolving issues related to products, payments, or delivery.
  • Maintain positive customer experiences to increase retention and reviews.
  • Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns on marketplaces to drive sales and revenue.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments to stay competitive.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and platform updates to remain competitive.
