About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Qatar Duty Free in Ahmedabad, India.
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team and providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including telephone, email, fax, web chat, or in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
