Job Title: Reconciliation and Settlements Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role that is instrumental in advancing our customer-first initiative.

  • Manage and supervise reconciliation and settlements activities to ensure an effective operating model.
  • Process payments and transactions within pre-set standardized turnaround times.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure operational risk is managed effectively and addressed in all aspects of payments and settlement function.
  • Lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives.

Key Requirements:

">
  • Relevant work experience in international payment gateways, fintech, acquiring settlement, and banks in merchant's settlement and reconciliation experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience with proven leadership and predominant experience of merchant's settlement and reconciliation of payment gateway transactions, refunds, cash management, and nostro reconciliation.
  • Qualification: minimum graduation from a recognized university with accounting background preferred (B.COM).
