Job Description

As a Brand Creative Strategist, you will develop compelling brand narratives and creative strategies that align with business objectives. You will ideate and execute multi-platform campaign ideas that drive engagement and brand equity.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with design, content, and performance teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive across channels, leading creative brainstorms, brief internal/external creative teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, on-brand assets.

  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize strategies for better results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand communication, or campaign planning, preferably in a digital-first or consumer brand environment.

A portfolio or track record of end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to launch, is essential.

Additionally, the candidate should have a deep understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and digital trends, exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, and strong collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a bias for action and a sharp eye for creative quality.
